Snack Bus
In 1990, with not much
startup capital, Mala
Goburdhun and her husband
set up their restaurant in an
old bus that a friend offered
them. The novelty restaurant
set up, Mala’s hospitality
and the simple “Menu of the
Day” concept are nothing
short of an authentic
Mauritian experience.
